    First of all, Buddy is doing much better. He still limps a lot. Right now though, the cold weather seems to get to him and he does not want to walk much. He is now eating better than he ever did. Buddy is a four year old (in human years) dachshund and beagle mix. Recently he was diagnosed with Intervertebral disk disease. For those of you who do not know what this is it is a disease common in beagles and dachshund. Dachshunds and beagles are not supposed to jump. It can cause this disease.
